I am a student and have recently moved in to a new house. In my attic bedroom I have a combi boiler for the central heating and water for the house. The boiler is not built in to a cupboard and is right next to my bed, there is no carbon minoxide alarms any where in the house and there are no stickers for proof of service on the boiler (I am told they are supposed to be annually serviced). Does anyone know if this is against regulations or is this safe?
